I'm gonna set up Windows 10 2004 on my PC but I encountered this error

This PC can't run Windows 10

See below if you're interested in finding out why
Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can upgrade the system BIOS

Please, help me to upgrade the system bios to can set up Windows 10 on my DELL laptop?

Add the Windows 10 ISO image on boot able. Click F12 to change boot order to USB, and give it a try!

Set up Windows 10: Contact your PC manufacturer to see if you can upgrade the system BIOS

First, it's strongly recommended to

• Check How to Find Windows 10 Computer Specifications & Systems Requirements.
• Check your PC manufacturer like HP, DELL ..etc

Second, this issue usually occurs in case, the BIOS mode is legacy or its version is older than 2016 that unsupported with Windows 10.

Check BIOS Version / Date

To check BIOS Version and Date, you should do the following:

• Run "MSInfo32".

  

• Check BIOS Version / Date.

Update System BIOS Version

In case, it was older than 2016, try to update the BIOS by doing the following:

• As you have mentioned, you are using a DELL Laptop, in this case, you should Find the " Service Tag" in BIOS settings (F2), or check it behind your laptop.
• Search for this " Service Tag", in the search support section at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=drivers
• Download the BIOS update as per your BIOS version.
