I got this error "Contact your admin to enable embed code creation Power BI" when trying to embed and publish Power BI report to the web

How to enable embed code creation in Power BI?

In Power BI Admin Portal, by default the embed Power BI dashboards and reports in Web applications is disabled, so you get this error "Contact your admin to enable embed code creation Power BI"

To enable embed code creation in Power BI, you have to do the following:

1. As a Power BI Tenant Admin, browse this URL https://app.powerbi.com/
2. Provide your email and click submit, then provide the password.
3. Click on the setting gear icon and select Admin Portal.
   
4. At Tenant Settings,
   
5. Scroll down to Developer settings > Embed content in Apps
6. Click Enable to allow users in the organization to embed Power BI dashboards and reports in Web applications using the "Embed for your customers" method.
7. Specify which security group you need to enable this feature, or apply it to the entire organization.
8. Finally, click Apply to apply your settings.
   

Note: the Tenant settings changes will be applied within the next 15 minutes and may take more than this period.

How to embed and publish a Power BI report to the Web?

After 15 minutes, try now to embed your Power BI report or dashboard by doing the following:

1. Open your Power BI report.
2. Click on File > Embed Report > Publish to web.
   
3. Click on "Create Embed Code"
   
4. Then click Publish to generate the embedded URL
   
5. Copy the embedded URL and try to browse it or use it on your website as IFrame
