license to install on-premises data gateway

I am planning to install an on-premises data gateway to use Power Apps and Power Automate with our on-premises environment, so I need to know Does on-premises data gateway requires a license and product key to install? If it's not free, What're the required licenses to install and use on-premises data gateway for Power Apps and Power Automate!

On premise data gateway Licenses

The On-premise data gateway as a product is free, and it doesn't require a product key to install it.
However, it's a premium feature that not included in all Office 365 licenses. and your users will need a Power Automate / Power Apps premium license to use it as the following:

For Power Apps, your users need one of the below licenses based on your requirements.

• Power Apps per app license. or
• Power Apps per user license.

For Power Automate, your users need one of the below licenses based on your requirements.

• Power Automate per user. or
• Power Automate per flow.
